Building on this foundation, we are launching Hala Tree Catalyst, a line of exclusive experimental coffees focused on innovation in variety selection, fermentation, and processing. The Catalyst line is offered as world-exclusive lots with set prices to make auction-level coffees accessible to everyone.

With the capacity to produce both substantial quantities and highly customized micro-lots, we collaborate with small roasters, passionate enthusiasts, and Coffee Championships competitors to develop coffees tailored to specific flavor goals and performance needs.
